“A thousand may fall at your side,

ten thousand at your right hand,

but it will not come near you.”

Psalm 91:7

Purpose Field proudly offers mentorship and leadership development services in conjunction with sports science development. Our women’s flag football program will provide mini-camps through the summer as mutual availability presents. We are thankful for student-athlete Ava Harrison of Orange Lutheran High who provided this referral; we mentor 3 of her cousins here in Fresno, CA.

Points of emphasis and features:

• All sessions will take place at a central site in Orange, CA with our executive director Élon Paige who currently serves as mentor for various professional, college, and youth athletes

• Mini-camps will be challenging and educational to provide a competitive edge for women’s flag football athletes

• Family & faith-based atmosphere; no cursing, yelling, or degrading language used toward mentees

• Specialized focus on positional skill development (QB, WR, DB), linear/lateral movement, flexibility, self-confidence, and cognitive awareness

• Weekly life discussions for emotional, spiritual, and physical accountability

• Pending interest we expect to begin mini-camps in early June 2025. Élon will arrive from Fresno, CA on Friday evening and expect to host session 1 on Saturday morning or afternoon. Session 2 will take place on Sunday morning or afternoon. Each session will last between 1.5-2 hours. Our fee schedule per mentee is $100 and covers both sessions for the weekend. If you would like an individual session in addition to the mini-camp please note your request in the section below and we will work to accommodate if time permits.
