Field UP 7on7 2015 Roster

Field UP hosted their annual tryouts last Sunday at Alta Sierra Middle School in Clovis, CA. Special thanks to Purpose Field mothers who came out to help at registration. The tryout also featured a special appearance by 10-yr NFL veteran WR Stephone Paige who was actively involved throughout the session. Of the awesome group that came out 4 athletes were chosen to become a part of the squad. Last year Field UP made a statement by performing at a high level with a team of athletes that featured zero collegiate offers. Clovis High 3-star WR JJ Wills headlines the offense, which returns every 2014 starter: Immanuel High QB Aaron Daggs, Immanuel High WR Chris Rosedale, Buchanan High WR Blake Wells, Clovis West High WR Austin Gregson and adds one of the top TEs in California, Clayton Alexander of Clovis High. Shifty speedsters Samir Allen of Clovis High and newcomer Adam Martinez of Riverdale High hold down the backfield. The defense stacks up very well featuring a trio of dynamic backers: Clovis West LB Bryan Wilcots, Clovis High LB Tanner Rice, and Immanuel LB Cody King. Newcomer Noah Haupt of Clovis North will feature at the hybrid position. The secondary includes a talented newcomer in shutdown DB Trevon Cummings of Buchanan High. Youngsters Christian Copeland of Clovis High and Isaiah Tigler of Buchanan High bring speed, height, and athleticism to the safety positions. Field UP will play in several tournaments from February-May with the hopes of gaining college exposure and elevating athletically against top-tier opponents.
